The Big Gala
An Evening of Inspiration, Impact, and Storytelling.
Event Recap:
Our Journey Into The Jungle Gala was filled with BIG moments, BIG generosity, and an incredible community coming together for local youth.
Together, we raised an amazing $205,615 to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona!
Our Matchmaker raised $66,200, kicked off by Joanna Zich of Trinity Diamonds with a $10,000 opening gift. We’re also grateful to Howard Stewart and AGM for their $13,000 matching gift and Howard’s BIG challenge: for every Gala attendee who becomes a Big and is matched by the end of the year, he’ll donate $1,000 in their honor.
A BIG thank you to our event partners, volunteers, BBBS staff, and Board Members who helped make the evening possible, including Kathleen Dreier Photography, Pixter Photobooth, Waterfall Event Design, Commotion Studios, Primetime Entertainment, Circus Academy of Tucson, Tucson Electric Power, Citi, Dutch Bros, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alaska, Tucson Young Professionals, and Vantage West.
